Stuart Weitzman built a footwear brand that generates $300 million in annual revenue with a blend of refined aesthetics, wearability, affordable pricing and vertically integrated manufacturing.  This year, Stuart Weitzman will generate about $300 million in revenue and the brand is growing at about 15 to 20 percent per year, according to the designer. There are 120 Stuart Weitzman stores globally — including a direct-to-consumer e-commerce store — but wholesale still makes up 80 percent of the company’s annual revenue.
